refunded less $50.00.
This charge is a fee for

since the new EA you
received is good

Q
If EAs
expire on the 2nd
of the month, how can I
manage trades that have
already been opened by
EAs?
A
You have a couple of
choices, based on two
different kinds of
situations:
Situation 1: You are
canceling your
membership
In this case, you will
have to manually trade
the open positions
before the EA expire.
Technically, your
membership ends on the
last day of the month.
But the EAs that you
receive from us each
month will expire on the
2nd of the month.
Therefore, you’ll have
two days to close out
your trades and manage
your positions before
your EAs expire. We
suggest that you do not
open any new positions
if you are not able to
renew your membership.
Situation 2: You are
continuing your
membership
In this case, you will
be getting new
EAs with new
expiration dates. What
you need to do is to
make sure you saved your EA’s setting as .set
file. Once you receive a
new EA, you should
attach the EA and load
your previously saved
.set file into the
chart. This .set file
contains all of your
previously saved
settings including the
magic#, if applied.
Therefore, your open
trade should continue.
Most of our strategies
are designed to exit
within a day or two, so,
depending on your time
frame, you may not even
need to follow these
steps.
Q
Can I get EAs that will
expire in six months if
I pay six months in
advance?
A
Yes, you can. However,
if you are getting any
EAs expires
beyond 1 month period,
there will not be any
refund guarantee. If
your EAs are
not function correctly,
we’ll replace them with
new ones of the same expiration date
with the same account
numbers that you
requested in the
original EAs. However,
we cannot offer the same
cancellation policy on
longer expiration EAs.
Q
Can my subscription be
transferred to another
person or can I move it
to another broker’s
account to use it?
A
No, your subscription is
not transferable. When
you sign up with us,
your subscription will
be yours only and it
will be working on your
account only since our
EA has your account
imbedded in the code.
Q
If I have any questions
about my trading setups,
can I send you an email
and expect to get an
answer?
A
We would answer any
questions through the
forum thread. So, please
use it as often as you
would like. Our Analysts
and Form Site-Admin
checks the forum thread
daily, and (eventually)
answers all questions. This setup
works for both our
members and ourselves.
As with most other
forums on the Internet,
you'll often find your
question has already
been posted by another
member, and answered by
one of our analysts.
The exception to the
above policy regards
questions concerning
accounts. If you have a
question about your
membership (account),
you should send your
inquires to
forexservices@pipforia.com.
Make sure your subject
line reads "Membership
Inquiry". Any emails
without this subject
line may be treated as
spam and may not
